THE DEEP RETURN

MOVEMENT - BREATHWORK - MEDITATION

Step into a guided experience designed to bring you home to yourself.

The Deep Return is a 1 hour 45 minute immersive journey combining intuitive movement, conscious breathwork, and meditation to help you reconnect with your body, quiet the mind, and access the deeper layers of your inner world.

We begin with gentle intuitive movement to awaken the body and release stored tension, allowing you to soften out of the thinking mind and into feeling. From here, you’ll be guided into your breath and into a powerful SOMA Breath Awakening Journey.

Using music, rhythmical breathing patterns and specific breath ratios and techniques we will create different effects in the body - activating energy, shifting emotional states and opening the doorway into deeper awareness.

This deep awakening experience is designed to take you deep into the subconscious mind, where real shifts can occur, releasing emotional weight, expanding awareness and creating space for clarity and connection.

This space is for you if you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply craving stillness, clarity and a deeper connection to yourself.

What to Bring

This is a well-equipped space, so you should have everything you need to feel warm, safe, and comfortable but please bring what you feel you may need.

We will be lying down for most of the session, and your comfort will directly support the depth of your experience.

The venue had yoga mats, blankets, cushions and bolsters but please feel free to bring your own as well if you would prefer.

Apart from that just:


• A bottle of water
• Comfortable, layered clothing
• An eye mask (optional)
• A journal and pen (optional, for integration)

Think of creating a cosy nest for yourself. The more physically supported your body feels, the more easily you can soften and surrender into the journey.

Preparation

For the most comfortable experience, please arrive:

• Well hydrated
• On a relatively empty stomach

It’s best to avoid heavy meals for 2–3 hours before the session. If possible, avoid eating during this window.

You may wish to come with a gentle intention — or simply an openness to whatever is ready to unfold.

Breathwork is a powerful somatic practice and may not be suitable for everyone.

Please seek medical guidance before attending if you have:

• Pregnancy
• Epilepsy or a history of seizures
• Severe cardiovascular conditions
• Uncontrolled high blood pressure
• Recent surgery or major injury
• Severe respiratory conditions
• Serious mental health conditions (including psychosis, schizophrenia, or recent hospitalisation)

An immersive breathwork and energy healing experience designed to gently awaken the heart and realign you from within. Each month offers a powerful opportunity to release emotional blocks, expand awareness, and reconnect with your truest self.

What to Expect

This is a deeply held and restorative experience. During our time together, we will move through:

• Grounding practices to arrive fully in the body
• Guided meditation to open the heart space
• Intentional conscious breathwork
• Intuitive energy healing
• Integration time for rest, reflection, and stillness

The majority of the journey takes place lying down in a safe and supported environment.

Every experience is unique. You may feel emotional release, deep relaxation, clarity, insight, expanded awareness, or a renewed sense of connection to yourself.

Some sessions feel subtle; others feel powerful. There is no right or wrong way to experience breathwork - only your way.
